Ground to Soar is the signature program of Meenakshi Suri — Founder & Fulcrum of CoCreator Circle, Reiki Master Teacher, Sujok therapist-lecturer.
It is a holistic, modular pathway designed to support self-unfolding: the process of becoming aware that you are a cocreator of life. Participants are guided to ground into awareness, integrate personal growth, and consciously express their gifts in service, leadership, or livelihood.
The program is self-paced and flexible, allowing each participant to engage according to their life rhythm, readiness, and intention. Certifications are offered as embodied acknowledgements of learning and responsibility, not as performance milestones.

GROUND — Build Your Base
Grounding is about building a stable inner foundation by discovering your center.

This stage supports a deep connection with the inner and outer resources that sustain your life. Through guided practices, classes, and experiential learning, you begin to recognize your strengths, work skillfully with challenges, and understand the supportive energies, relationships, and rhythms in your life.

This foundation allows all future growth to be steady, sustainable, and integrated.
Offerings in this stage may include:
Attunement to Reiki Level 1 & 2, Sujok Body Consciousness, Crystal Consciousness, Dreamspace, Pathways of Light, and other grounding practices.
A foundational introduction to Reiki as a practice of self-awareness, healing, and presence. Reiki Level 1 attunes you to work with universal life energy for self-healing and for offering Reiki to others through gentle hands-on or aura-level practice.
The training introduces a daily rhythm of connecting mind, body, life, and soul, and supports awareness of intention, energy, and inner balance. Reiki Level 1 is often experienced as the beginning of a deeper relationship with one’s own healing capacity.
Sujok Therapy Certification
A holistic healing system using the hands and feet as living maps of the body. Sujok Level 1 teaches practical, responsive techniques to relieve pain, restore balance, and awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence. Grounded in ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding, Sujok supports body, mind, and life healing—making it a powerful foundation for conscious wellbeing and service.

SOAR — Service, Leadership, and Livelihood
The Soar stage is about sustained purpose and conscious contribution.
Here, participants deepen their capacity to receive, integrate, and radiate their learning in the world. This stage supports leadership rooted in humility, service rooted in awareness, and livelihood rooted in integrity.
Soaring does not mean doing more—it means doing what is aligned, with clarity, steadiness, and compassion.

Certifications are not about hierarchy or authority over others. They are invitations to serve with integrity, awareness, and humility—whether in private practice, group facilitation, community spaces, or professional settings.
Participants are encouraged to offer what they have integrated, not what they have merely learned.
