What is Sujok?

Sujok is a complete, holistic healing system that uses the hands [Su] and feet [Jok] to help prevent and heal bodily and energy imbalances, ailments and diseases. By using simple tools, the therapist can find the treatment points in real time, responsive to how the body is feeling at the moment. This helps with responding quickly to aches, pains, and chronic ailments.

ISA SYLLABUS FOR LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION COURSE

**PLEASE NOTE: FOLLOW THE LEGAL GUIDELINES OF YOUR COUNTRY WHILE PRACTICING. IN THE US, we teach but do not practice the starred items. Timings are divided into 7-8 sessions of 3 hours each if online, and 4 sessions of 6 hours each if in person.

As a Reiki Master and trained in all levels of Sujok therapy, I conduct the classes to ensure that as you learn, you heal. The small size classes are highly interactive and responsive to students’ needs. I bring in Professor’s Triorigin creation mantra and other tools to conduct each class in the most beneficial consciousness, for Sujok therapy enhances your consciousness.

Course I

«Standard correspondence systems of hands and feet»

1	History of development of the Su Jok therapy method. Similarity of the hand to the body. The evidence of correspondence of the thumb to the head. The standard system of correspondence to the body on the hands. Location of the lines of symmetry, Yin-Yang border and projections of the diaphragm on hands.Primary and secondary correspondence systems. Correspondences to a head, neck, extremities. Basic stages of locating correspondence points. Demonstration of the efficiency of the method. Locating therapeutic points with the diagnostic probe.
