CoCreators Sync to open and expand the Petals of the Gratitude Lotus
Gratitude. Thankfulness.
As we enter the spirit of Thanksgiving, cocreators meet to open the petals of the gratitude lotus, by sharing their experiences and teachings about gratitude.
The gratitude lotus is an emanation of the high heart, the anahata chakra, and doing the exercise with our hands in front of our body has a deeper meaning than we may first realize.
Our heart in our hands; our entire body is reflected in our hands, and so this seemingly short exercise is a heartfelt, wholehearted opening of gratitude. Just as the lotus flower opens to reveal its seeds within.
Receive the world’s knowledge, information, facts, figures. They give you stability in this world.
Absorb.
Then let go. Release. Radiate.
When you become light, wisdom dawns.
